PCSO Fraud detectives are requesting assistance with identifying the woman in this photo.
The detectives are investigating a fraud case in which several gift cards were purchased on May 26th in the Sand Mine Road area of Davenport by using counterfeit $100 bills, and they would like to speak to this woman about what she knows.
