UPDATE: Back on October 3, 2025, Ryan O'Neal was spotted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office as he was driving a motorcycle without a tag. O'Neal was stopped by deputies, and they found he was driving on a revoked license, and had 16 prior DWLSR convictions. The motorcycle was not registered, and O'Neal was on felony probation. And of course, O'Neal also had a Polk County warrant mentioned below.

O'Neal was arrested and taken to the Hillsborough County Jail.

On January 9, 2026, Ryan O'Neal was transported back to the Polk County Sheriff's Office on his warrant.

As his tattoos say on his eyelids, GAME OVER.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance in locating 45-year old Ryan Douglas O'Neal whose last known address was on Sunset Road in Mulberry. 

Ryan Douglas O'Neal is WANTED for: VOP-Possession of Firearm by Felon, Vehicle Theft, Felony Petit Theft, Possession/Sale Vehicle with Altered VIN, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

He is listed as being 6-feet tall, and weighing approximately 185-pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. 

He has numerous tattoos on his face and body, including a Hello Kitty at the corner of his mouth, and the word GAME on his right eyelid and the word OVER on his left eyelid.
